Registration each day 8-10am, racing at 11am
Food and Raffles will be available at each race. Gate fee is $6 for anyone over the age of 10 yrs

Xtreme Riders Snowmobile club holds these grass drag races each year to raise money for their charities. Last year the race series helped the club to raise money and give over $3000 to area charities including Homes for Kids, a home in Niles, Ohio for abused and neglected children, Angels for Animals, a rescue shelter for animals and the Salvation Army in Salem, Ohio.

September 12 Race Summary - Class winners HERE
TThe Xtreme Riders Snowmobile Club held their 2nd points race of the North East Ohio Series of Grass at Quaker City Raceway in Salem, Ohio, on September 12, 2004. The rain from the week before gave way to the bright beautiful day which brought out several racers to give us about 120 registrations for the warm sunny day. All were competing to keep their place in the points series.

The big winner for the day was Mavin Kelly, of Greenford, OH, who placed first in the Top Gun class to win $500. Danielle Thompson of West Middlesex, PA was the first place winner in the 701 - 800 Trail Stock Class, which offered $100 bonus money for being the largest entry class of the day. All of the Open Classes had payouts as well. The Best Reaction Time Poll was won by Ken Myers with his reaction time of .426.

The Xtreme Riders would like to thank everyone who came out and participated in the first two races of our three race series. The next points races will be held at Quaker City Raceway in Salem, Ohio on October 3, 2004. August 29 Race Summary - Class winners HERE
The Xtreme Riders Snowmobile Club held the first race of the North East Ohio Series of Grass at Quaker City Raceway in Salem, Ohio on August 29, 2004. The bright beautiful day brought out 84 snowmobiles to give us 159 registrations, all of who competed for their place in the points race.

The big winner for the day was Craig Adams, of West Springfield, PA, who placed first in the Top Gun class to win $500. Jon Schaefer of Randolph, Ohio was the first place winner in the 601-700 Trail Stock Class, which offered $100 bonus money for being the largest entry class of the day. All of the Open Classes had payouts as well. The Best Reaction Time Poll was won by Casey Mulkins of North East, PA with his reaction time of .403.

The Xtreme Riders would like to thank everyone who came out and participated in the first race of our three race series. The next points races will be held at Quaker City Raceway in Salem, Ohio on September 12, 2004 and October 3, 2004.

October 3 Race Summary - Class winners HERE
The Xtreme Riders Snowmobile Club held their 3rd points race of the North East Ohio Series of Grass at Quaker City Raceway in Salem, Ohio, on October 3, 2004. All enjoyed the bright beautiful (yet cool) day which brought out several racers to give us 156 registrations for the cold sunny day. All were competing to secure their place in the points series.

The big winner for the day was the Pat Klingeman and Chad Schultz race team of Bristolville and Niles, OH, which placed first in the Top Gun class to win $500.
Brian Eckel was the first place winner in the 601 - 700 Trail Stock Class, which offered $100 bonus money for being the largest entry class of the day. All of the Open Classes had payouts as well.
The Best Reaction Time Poll was won by Paul Orlowski with his reaction time of .424.

The Xtreme Riders would like to thank everyone who came out and participated in the three race series. The trophies for the high points winners will be handed out at the OSSA Snow Dayz show in Niles, Ohio, on Saturday, Oct. 16, 2004 at 5:00pm.
